Documentation Pack: every supporting document, handled and verified
Experience letters, Educational Credential Assessments, certified translations, and police certificates, sourced, checked, and organized so your application is never delayed by paperwork.
Overview
Most application delays are not caused by eligibility problems, they are caused by paperwork: a missing employer letter, an outdated Educational Credential Assessment, or a police certificate that was never requested in time. The Documentation Pack exists to remove that risk entirely.
What we manage
- Experience letters formatted to the specific standard IRCC and provincial bodies expect, coordinated directly with your current or former employers.
- Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) through a designated body such as WES or IQAS, matched to the program you are applying under.
- Certified translations for any document not already in English or French.
- Police certificates from every country you have lived in for 6 months or more since turning 18, sourced through the correct authority for each country.
How Vanguard helps
- A document checklist tailored specifically to your application
- Direct coordination with employers and issuing authorities on your behalf
- Vendor management for ECA and certified translation providers
- A final quality check against IRCC requirements before submission
