Free "consultations" in this industry are usually a sales conversation with a case opener, not a substantive review of your file. We do the opposite: you book time with a qualified consultant, they prepare before the call, and you leave with a written, personal assessment, whether or not you go on to retain us.
The fee becomes your credit
If you engage Vanguard within 60 days of your session, 100% of what you paid is deducted from your service fee. You never pay twice for the same advice.

What clients usually ask before booking.
Why isn’t the first consultation free?
A free call is usually run by a sales representative, not a licensed consultant, and it is designed to get you to sign a retainer, not to give you an honest assessment. Charging a fee lets us put a qualified consultant, sometimes our President himself, on the call fully prepared, and it filters for applicants who are seriously evaluating their options.

Is the consultation fee really credited to my final cost?
Yes. If you retain Vanguard Global Migration within 60 days of your paid session, the full consultation fee you paid is deducted from your service fee invoice. You will see this as a line-item credit, not a verbal promise.
How do I know which tier to book?
If you already have documents and simply want an expert opinion, start with Document Review. If you are comparing multiple pathways or need a live conversation, book the Strategy Consultation. If your case involves a prior refusal, a business or medical licensing pathway, or several interacting complications, book directly with our President.
Can I upgrade after booking a lower tier?
Yes. If your Strategy Consultation surfaces a case that needs the President’s direct review, we will offer you an upgrade and credit what you already paid toward the higher tier.
Do you accept refusals and reapplications?
Yes, this is one of the most common reasons applicants book directly with our President. We review the refusal letter, identify what likely went wrong, and give you an honest view on whether a stronger reapplication, reconsideration, or a different pathway makes sense.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payment is confirmed at the time of booking by secure card payment or bank transfer. You will receive a receipt by email, which also serves as your credit record if you proceed with a full engagement.
